Job descriptionOversight of monthly journal entry preparation, review and related reconciliations Extensive interaction with our fund & tax accountants Quarterly GAAP Financial Statement preparation Quarterly GAAP disclosure items Reconciliation of Partner Contributions and Distributions Preparation of Federal and State Tax Estimates Partner analysis and explanation of tax information as requested Annual preparation of audited Side-by-Side Financial Statements Sarbanes Oxley compliance 1-3 years of experience Big 4 / Public Accounting experience with Financial Services clients highly preferred Corporate Private Equity / Financial Reporting experience is a plus Interest in long-term growth & promotion within the organization BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
