Holisticare Hospice is currently seeking a Full-Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

Schedule : This role is a 7 / On - 7 / Off and supports patients between Ocean, Monmouth, Middlesex Counties.

Qualifications

$91,000 - $98,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
