Ob-Gyn Associates of Advantia   is seeking an OB / GYN physician to join our experienced team of providers!

Our Practice is a diverse group of multilingual practitioners who provide comprehensive care for women through every stage of life - from adolescence and family planning to post-menopausal wellness. From OB-Gyn care to mental health counseling, our team of compassionate providers has you covered. Job Responsibilities :

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered gynecologic care, emphasizing preventive wellness, screenings,and the expert diagnosis & treatment of women’s health conditions
• Participate in a balanced call rotation supported by a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Maintain a clinical schedule of 8 patient sessions per week.
• Participate in a 1 : 8 call rotation.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary care group by providing guidance on best practices, protocols, and patient service excellence
• Leverage advanced technologies and innovative approaches to elevate clinical quality, efficiency, and the overall patient experience
• Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices to bring cutting-edge treatments to patients
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation within the EMR to support continuity of care and compliance with legal and professional standards

Annual compensation Range based on years of experience : $250,000 - $350,000
