This role is ideal for an attorney who excels in handling contested estate and fiduciary disputes, will contests, trust litigation, capacity challenges, and related probate litigation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Trusts & Estates litigation experience
• Strong background in contested probate, fiduciary disputes, and trust litigation
• Ability to handle motions, hearings, depositions, and court appearances independently
• Excellent writing, research, and litigation strategy skills
• Licensed to practice in North Carolina (or willing to become licensed)
• Strong analytical mindset and client communication skills
