PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This position includes duties related to processing / booking of complex loans and transactions, including participations and charge-offs, conducts quality control, documentation review, processes paid loans, performs escrow administration and analysis, and credit bureau reporting and corrections.

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

• Book consumer, commercial, mortgage loans; perform loan maintenance; review items for the purpose of quality control
• Process commercial participation loan transactions.
• Escrow functions, to include disbursements and analysis
• Process and research general ledger entries; reconcile general ledger loan accounts
• Review loan activity reports and process corrections, as needed
• Documentation Review and Exception Reporting
• Process paid loan documentation
• Research credit report disputes, utilizing the E Oscar system
• File documentation necessary to continue bank’s lien position
• Works closely with Loan Administration Specialist to cross-train
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Loan Administration Manager
