Senior Program Manager Automation

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager of Process Automation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and operationalize an automation roadmap aligned with managed care objectives

Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives, including stakeholder alignment and risk management

Collaborate with IT and business SMEs to design and implement workflow automations within EZCAP

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years in program or operations management, with 5+ years in healthcare automation

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field

Experience with Business Process Automation (BPA) tools and processes

Demonstrated experience with EZCAP and workflow automation projects

Proficiency with RPA platforms and business process mapping tools
