Concrete Foreman / Superintendent

Drewry Site Development is seeking experienced Concrete Foremen / Superintendents specializing in flatwork and curb construction . This role requires dependability, leadership, and the ability to manage crews working on a variety of projects, from sidewalks and driveways to large-scale commercial and infrastructure developments. Our projects primarily service Volusia County and surrounding areas .

Qualifications :

• Concrete experience is required – must have prior experience in concrete flatwork, curbs, and related tasks.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to follow Foreman instructions and meet daily project expectations.
• Adherence to dress code and PPE requirements at all times.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality project completion.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Compliance with our Drug-Free Workplace policy .

Schedule & Compensation :

Work Schedule : Monday–Friday, typically 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (occasional weekends as needed).

Wages : Competitive pay, based on experience.

Benefits : Full benefits available after 90 days of employment .
