Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on learning through daily enrichment and activities that support student success. Our mission emphasizes inspiring a love of learning, supporting schools, and giving families peace of mind.

Responsibilities

• Drive the program mission by ensuring safety and joy standards, coaching staff, and maintaining site documents and licensing requirements.
• Outline attendance protocols, behavior policies, safety procedures, and ensure program tasks are completed effectively.
• Support ongoing safety protocols and report on safety measures to protect all participants.
• Foster respectful relationships among staff to address challenges and maintain team cohesion and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with program policies, including attendance procedures and daily activities.
