A company is looking for a Patient Experience Representative (Customer Experience Representative) to provide support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and providers, handling 30-40 calls per day and managing various communication channels
Educate customers on their health plans and assist them in using digital tools to navigate healthcare
Document interactions thoroughly and ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare contact center
3+ years of overall customer service experience
Associate or Bachelor's degree or recent work toward a degree is preferred
Prior experience with multiple customer service channels such as calls, chat, text, and email
Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt quickly to various systems
