A company is looking for a Bilingual Tier 1 Scheduler (Remote Position).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols
Interface with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal staff to facilitate seamless scheduling and address inquiries
Accurately enter and maintain scheduling information in the company's database, ensuring up-to-date and organized records
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
One year clerical and telephone experience
Proficiency with computer hardware and software
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Previous experience in scheduling or customer service roles is preferred
