SKILLED COOKS REQUIRED - ROTI BOTI (3 POSITIONS) Location : Connecticut-New Haven County (New Haven 2 Positions & Meriden 1 Position) We are seeking experienced Skills Cooks with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience specializing in Pakistani cuisine. Job Duties & Skills Required : Expertise in regional Pakistani dishes (Punjabi, Sindhi, Balochi, Pashtun, Kashmiri). Spice mastery : Ability to blend and balance spices such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, and chili. Proficiency in traditional cooking techniques, including tandoor cooking, dum pukht (slow cooking), handi, karahi, and BBQ. Skilled in preparing traditional breads (naan, roti, paratha, puri, etc.). Mastery in rice and curry dishes such as biryani, pulao, nihari, haleem, qorma, and dal. Experience preparing Pakistani street food snacks (samosas, pakoras, golgappas, bun kebabs, chaat). Knowledge of desserts such as kheer, gulab jamun, jalebi, sheer khurma, and halwa. Minimum Requirements : 35 years of professional cooking experience in Pakistani cuisine and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
