We are seeking a motivated Senior Project Architect with 8-12 years of experience to join the CWA Group team.

Job Description :

As a Senior Project Architect, you will lead the design, coordination, and execution of architectural projects from concept through completion. This licensed role requires significant experience managing the design and technical quality of large, complex projects while maintaining alignment with client goals, budgets, and schedules. You will oversee multiple projects, guide multi-tiered teams, and work closely with clients and consultants. The ideal candidate is a confident leader, strategic thinker, and skilled communicator who is passionate about delivering thoughtful, high-quality architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design process from conceptual design through construction completion, ensuring alignment with client goals, budget, and schedule.
• Supervise and mentor project teams of 3+ staff per project.
• Maintain effective communication and foster long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate directly with clients to interpret their goals and translate them into innovative design solutions.
• Develop and present design proposals and concepts as needed to showcase solutions and progress.
• Prepare and review construction documents, drawings, specifications, and other deliverables.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local standards and design integrity.
• Review contractors pay applications and change orders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards.
• Oversee and manage multiple projects concurrently, including attending regular meetings with associated parties.
• Uphold and promote CWA Group’s standards for design, documentation, and client service across all assigned projects.
• Actively contribute to and assist company leadership in cultivating positive professional growth within the firm.
