This is a high-impact leadership role where you will define and drive execution across the company’s most strategic technical initiatives. You will transform complex, cross-functional engineering challenges into clear, actionable programs that deliver measurable business outcomes. Working closely with engineering, product, and operations leaders, you will shape technical priorities, improve operational health, and establish scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the Technical Program Management function from the ground up while influencing the company’s technical vision, roadmap, and long-term success.
Accountabilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs from definition to delivery, ensuring alignment and execution excellence.
- Partner with engineering leadership to identify, prioritize, and manage key technical initiatives that enable the company to scale 10x–100x.
- Drive operational health programs focused on observability, reliability, performance, and system resilience.
- Define and monitor metrics that improve developer experience and platform efficiency.
- Create scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices that enhance engineering velocity and predictability.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions effectively to senior leadership, ensuring transparency across teams.
- Establish a strong TPM foundation that supports ongoing improvement in execution, prioritization, and delivery at scale.
Requirements
Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs from start to finish.Exceptional ability to structure complex problems, manage competing priorities, and drive clarity in ambiguity.Strategic and collaborative mindset with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.Strong technical background and ability to partner with engineering leaders on infrastructure, system performance, and process optimization.Excellent communication and organizational skills with executive-level presence.Experience implementing operational excellence frameworks, best practices, and tooling that scale.Highly autonomous and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.Passion for building systems and processes that enable speed, quality, and impact.Deep commitment to improving access to mental health care and supporting meaningful social impact.Benefits
