The primary care locum tenens position outside of Indianapolis, IN.-Location : 2 hours from Chicago, IL, 3 hours from Louisville, KY-Duration : now considering qualified providers, on-going, and will consider permanent hire-Reason for recruitment : Retiring physician (from established practice)-Schedule : Monday- Friday, 8a-5p with one late evening hour-Patients : 25-30 per day in outpatient capacity-Group : 120 providers, multi-specialty-Clinic : Lab testing on site, Hospital is 2 minutes away for all needs-Hospital : will need IP privileges>

provider rounds on patient in the nursing home-Compensation : Negotiable-Credentialing : 4 week timeline-Required : Board Certified or Board Eligible, Indiana license
