• Support staff : CRNA Anesthesia Tech Anesthesiologists. Will be directed by Anesthesiologist General ratio 1 : 2 anesthesiologists to 1 CRNA and 1 resident can be up to 1 : 4 anesthesiologists to CRNA for low acuity CRNAs are medically directed typically 2-1 or 3-1. The Attending usually has a Resident in the other room so their primary focus is on that room and on teaching.
• Amount of coverage needed per month : Full time 4 x 10 / week 6 months
• Patients per day : Depends 1-9 / daily
• Patient population / age : All age spans no Neonatal
• Department description : CRNA would cover the following : Ortho Trauma Vascular Neuro No Heart
• EMR : EPIC preferred
• All providers will be required to work NORA
• Skills required : Intubation Central Line Arterial line Line Placement. Not likely needed to do blocks. No OB.Practice Setting :
• Hospital Level 1 Trauma Center Requirements :
• Board Certification : NBCRNA
