Job Title : Refrigeration Repair Technician

Position Overview : The Refrigeration Repair Technician will be responsible for repairing, installing, and maintaining Refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintenance : Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, tuning, and inspecting components to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Repair : Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, such as faulty wiring, refrigerant leaks, and mechanical malfunctions. Provide accurate repair estimates and recommendations.
• Customer Service : Communicate effectively with customers to explain service procedures, provide maintenance tips, and address any concerns. Ensure a positive customer experience by being courteous and professional.
• Documentation : Complete service reports, maintenance records, and other necessary documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Safety : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Safe handling of refrigerants : recover, evacuate, charge systems using refrigerants like R‐22, R‐404A, R‐134a, R‐448A / R‐449A, R‐410A, propane (R‐290), CO2, and ammonia where applicable
