Receptionist

Bilingual Receptionist Position

We are looking for a bilingual receptionist to join our team in Midland, Texas, on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent service to clients and colleagues. The position requires exceptional organizational skills and adaptability to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and team members with courtesy and efficiency.
• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules while maintaining accurate records.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
• Provide clear and precise written and verbal communication in English and a second language.
• Support management by taking on special projects and tasks as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documentation.
• Maintain focus and accuracy while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Present yourself with a neat appearance and respectful demeanor at all times.
