Define and evolve the product vision & roadmap : Drive the future of pediatric digital health by translating the founders vision to an executable roadmap and product capabilities. AI-Forward Leadership : Champion the integration of AI including LLMs, copilots, predictive analytics, generative design, and intelligent automation into our workflows. Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate product discovery, enhance team efficiency. Build the product function : Establish processes and best practices, with an ability to attract top talent as the function grows. Obsess over growth : Identify ways the product can unlock adoption and engagement. Data-driven decision making : Define and track metrics, design experiments, and use both quantitative data and qualitative insights to prioritize effectively. Drive prioritization & alignment : Navigate trade-offs and communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders. Operate with a startup mindset : Be hands-on, scrappy, and iterative in your approach. Test and learn quickly, but always design with scalability in mind. 6+ years of product leadership experience, ideally in mental health, telehealth, or clinical workflow. 2+ years of managing, with a track record of recruiting and retaining top talent. Adopted AI / ML tools and capabilities into core products or workflows. Track record of building products that have met or exceeded business KPIs. Strong UX / UI sense and the ability to translate user needs into elegant, usable solutions. Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Effective cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Clinical teams. Experience in startup environments (Series A-C) and comfort operating in ambiguity. Our client, a well-funded Series A pediatric health company, is conducting a search for hands-on Head of Product.
They've raised $25M from leading VCs who invested early in category winners like One Medical, Hims, Spring Health, Cityblock, Alto Pharmacy, and Tia.
