  • Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle for
  • Salesforce PRM, GTM Automation, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
  • tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, BizApps, Channels, Finance) to
  • map, automate, and optimize Lead-to-Cash and Partner journeys
  • Design and roll out
  • AI-driven automation and insights
  • across quoting, forecasting, approvals, and partner onboarding.
  • Drive
  • M&A integration projects
  • , ensuring seamless system alignment, data migration, and process harmonization.
  • Gather business requirements
  • , conduct stakeholder interviews, and define detailed user journeys and success metrics.
  • Create
  • epics, features, and user stories in JIRA
  • , ensuring traceability from requirements to release.
  • Participate in
  • Solution Design Reviews
  • and validate design proposals against business needs and scalability principles.
  • Demonstrate strong
  • solutioning judgment
  • , balancing
  • short-term tactical fixes
  • with
  • long-term strategic platform goals
  • Collaborate with
  • Development, QA, and UAT
  • teams to support testing, validation, and defect triage.
  • When needed,
  • wear multiple hats
  • (Product, QA, UAT coordinator) depending on evolving business priorities and organizational needs.
  • Coordinate and support
  • post-deployment and Hypercare activities
  • , ensuring smooth adoption and operational stability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders

  • , optimal solution approaches, and innovation opportunities that align with enterprise strategy.
  • Define and continuously measure
  • ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • for each initiative to validate business impact and process improvements.
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, data models, and workflow documentation.
  • Collaborate across time zones —
  • actively joining offshore morning and late-evening calls
  • to coordinate with global delivery teams.
  • Champion UX simplification, data governance, and compliance standards across all GTM applications.###
  • Solution Design
  • Lead
  • end-to-end solution design
  • for Salesforce-centric GTM processes, ensuring architectural scalability, system integrity, and user adoption.
  • Develop
  • blueprints and process flow diagrams (L1–L3)
  • to illustrate integrations across Salesforce, CLM, PRM, Marketplace, and ERP systems.
  • Define
  • data models, object relationships, and orchestration flows
  • across business units (Sales, Channels, Finance, Legal).
  • Evaluate
  • build vs. buy
  • decisions for key automation components and recommend optimal implementation strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, BizApps, and enterprise architects to ensure solutions align with
  • security, compliance, and integration frameworks
  • Own
  • design governance reviews
  • , ensuring each proposed feature or enhancement adheres to enterprise standards.
  • Translate business pain points into
  • solution frameworks
  • , ensuring traceability from user stories to test and release.
  • Partner with data teams to design
  • data mining and enrichment strategies
  • , ensuring PRM and GTM systems stay clean, connected, and insightful.###
  • Qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in
  • Salesforce PRM, GTM Applications, or Lead-to-Cash
  • ecosystems.
  • Proven success implementing or managing integrations with
  • AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with
  • CLM tools
  • (e.g., DocuSign CLM, ICertis, Conga) and end-to-end contract automation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in
  • AI-driven automation, data mining, and process mapping
  • Background in
  • M&A integration
  • — assessing system overlap, harmonizing processes, and executing cutover plans.
  • Strong understanding of
  • cross-functional product management
  • spanning Product Dev, Ops, and Support.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex concepts.
  • Salesforce Admin or Product Management certifications preferred.###

  • Must be willing to
  • collaborate with offshore teams

  • The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $190,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, and work location. Please note this range reflects base salary and does not include incentive compensation or potential equity grants.
