Job Type : Full-Time (On-site)

Pay : $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Kaylor Dental Lab is excited to add a skilled and motivated CAD / CAM & Implant Manager to our growing team in Wichita, Kansas! This is a full-time, on-site position offering the unique opportunity to lead and shape a start-up department within an established lab. If you're experienced in dental CAD / CAM and implants, and you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the CAD / CAM and Implant department
• Design, mill, and print dental restorations using 3Shape software
• Work directly with vendors and clients to ensure quality and satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges as they arise
• Help fully integrate implant workflows
• Lead and collaborate with a team of 3–5 technicians
• Help mold and grow this department into something exceptional
