Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to manage the intake process for HR and CSM product suites.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the lifecycle of requests from initial customer contact to finalized functional requirements

Lead elicitation workshops to uncover business needs and collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize the backlog

Propose solutions utilizing ServiceNow's capabilities and maintain high-quality documentation

Required Qualifications

Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in HRSD and CSM modules

Background as a Certified Citizen Developer is preferred

Solid understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle

5+ years of experience in business analysis with expertise in elicitation techniques

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
