Salary : $100,000 - $130,000 + Benefits

We’re representing a growing, veteran-owned General Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial renovation projects across the U.S. As they continue to expand, they’re seeking a Superintendent to join their team and take ownership of a key commercial renovation project based in Coatesville, PA.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and ensure project milestones are met
• Enforce site safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track
