Job Summary

The Food Service Caf Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-volume corporate dining caf, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and operational excellence. This role manages a team of associates and supports the financial and administrative functions of the caf.

Key Responsibilities :

• Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates.
• Plans, markets and executes special events / promotions in the cafe
• Ensures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards
• Operates within the budget and identifies new ways to improve the business
• Manages cafe operations
• Performs other duties as assigned
