They’re hiring a Senior QA Automation Engineer to be the first dedicated automation hire. This is a high-impact role where you’ll establish frameworks, mentor manual testers, and drive automation strategy across enterprise-scale systems. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week onsite in Downtown Los Angeles .

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks (with a strong focus on Python and Playwright).
• Drive the automation strategy end-to-end, ensuring scalable and reliable test coverage.
• Mentor and support manual testers transitioning into automation.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps to embed quality in every stage of delivery.
• Own automation initiatives across web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
