Responsibilities

• Experience of supporting application in enterprise environment
• Managing requests from users and working with vendor on implementing them
• Deep technical knowledge to understand the impact of the changes vendor is implementing.
• Configure and Qualify SaaS application in clients environment following clients LQP This is a must.
• Ability to do any CSV needed to do such configuration and qualification.
• Knowledge of applications in HSE space is an added benefit.
