A loving and fast-paced Austin family is seeking a warm, organized, and energetic Family Coordinator / Youth Director to support their school-aged children and keep daily life running smoothly across two residences.
This highly visible role blends education, logistics, and family support, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, has strong administrative instincts, and loves working with children. You’ll serve as the central hub for school, extracurricular, and childcare coordination, ensuring consistency and communication between homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic support, tutoring, and homework assistance for school-aged children
- Coordinate educational, extracurricular, and enrichment activities
- Manage family calendars, school schedules, and child-related logistics
- Oversee healthcare appointments and maintain communications with providers
- Support and align nanny schedules to ensure full coverage across households
- Serve as backup childcare (approximately 10 hours / week) when needed
- Organize wardrobes, supplies, and gear between residences
- Plan playdates, outings, and age-appropriate activities
- Track inventory of child-related items, ensuring consistency between homes
- Communicate regularly with parents, tutors, and staff to maintain seamless coordination
- Support household organization and family administration as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of full-time experience as a Nanny, Family Assistant, or Youth Program Lead1–2 years of administrative or household coordination experienceStrong organizational skills and attention to detail; thrives managing complex schedulesExcellent communicator with both adults and childrenExperience coordinating between multiple residencesBackground in education or tutoring preferredBachelor’s degree requiredValid Texas driver’s license and clean driving recordProfessional, warm, and team-oriented demeanorFlexibility for occasional travel or weekend coverageCompensation
$85,000–$100,000 DOE + benefits package
