We provide comprehensive care and complex chronic condition management to 80k+ patients nationwide, whether they are in the early stages of kidney disease, transitioning to dialysis, seeking a kidney transplant or receiving life-sustaining dialysis.
DaVita IKC delivers holistic, value-based care across the kidney journeyfrom early-stage CKD through dialysis or transplant preparationby partnering closely with patients, teammates, and physician groups. As VP, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) , you will shape clinical strategy, elevate quality, and lead cross-functional teams to improve outcomes and total cost of care for CKD and ESKD populations.
This role is more than a title, its a platform to build and scale care models, strengthen clinical governance, and mentor clinicians in a high-growth, innovation-oriented environment.

The Salary Range for the role is $195,000.00-$286,000.00 per year.
