Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain scalable operational software systems aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and vendors to design integrated systems meeting performance and security standards.
• Produce technical documentation, specifications, and system diagrams.
• Perform system administration tasks, including user account management, permissions, and system configuration.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability to ensure high reliability and uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across hardware, software, and network components.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, outages, and failures to maintain service continuity.
• Maintain detailed system documentation, procedures, and incident logs.
• Generate reports on usage, incidents, and performance for leadership.
• Develop and maintain scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) for task automation.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes for improved efficiency.
• Train internal departments and contractors on new systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors.
