The MX Operations Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, management; operation and maintenance on customer aircraft and articles. They are responsible for compliance with rules, regulations and policies as issued by management of the Company, airport authority, Federal Aviation Administration and other pertinent authorities.

General Duties

• Must adhere to all safety standards established by the Company and regulatory agencies.
• Strong working knowledge of maintenance operations, customer service principles and the Atlantic Aviation service philosophy.
• Supervise and facilitate all assigned maintenance personnel.
• Accountable for the adherence to Atlantic standards by all assigned maintenance personnel.
• Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Supervise, facilitate and / or perform maintenance on customer aircraft as requested.
• Interact with customers, vendors and Atlantic employees in a professional and courteous manner.
• Communicate work progress and significant issues with the MX GM or other appropriate local management.
• Adhere to the principles of the "Atlantic Attitude" at all times.
• Compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
