What You'll Do

Screen individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.

Verify identification and credentials of all visitors, employees, and contractors as required by site-specific procedures.

Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting with directions or information as needed.

Monitor access points and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.

Maintain detailed logs and records of all screening activities and incidents.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and Allied Universal team members.

Support emergency response activities according to site-specific policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
