Reports To : Escrow Operations Manager

Business Unit : Wenatchee Escrow Branch

Location : Wenatchee Washington

Compensation : $30.29 - $42.40 Hourly DOE

Incentive bonus based on Company profitability.

• Compensation range $30.29 - $42.40 hourly (depending on experience and qualifications). With tenure and strong performance an employee may earn up to a maximum of $45.68 hourly.

Job Summary

Our escrow officer performs advanced duties related to all facets of escrow processing. S / He is required to exercise extremely independent judgment and to possess the knowledge and experience necessary to efficiently manage any situation that may arise during the escrow process. They create an amazing customer experience for each escrow file assigned to them, including timely and accurate documentation and communication. This position must have an established book of business or be able to establish a book of business within a reasonable amount of time to meet given performance standards.
