Responsibilities Include :
- Performing vehicle repair and / or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
- Communicating with Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
- Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, when authorized by the service advisor / customer.
- Performing multi-point inspections and entering the appropriate recommendations into our electronic inspection form to ensure safety and reliability of the customer vehicles.
- Electronically documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order. Example : cause, correction of service performed. Mileage driven after service and or repairs completed.
- Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
Qualifications :
2+ years’ experience as an automotive technicianHigh School diploma or equivalentExcellent communication skillsValid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving recordFull Benefits Package Including :
