As our Growth Operations Manager, you'll have a direct hand in driving customer acquisition, optimizing operational efficiency, and scaling our business. Role Overview

The Integrator is a senior operational leader who harmonizes the major functions of the business, creates clarity out of complexity, and ensures that the team is aligned around priorities. This person will act as the "glue" of the organizationtranslating vision into reality by building scalable systems, driving accountability, and fostering cross-functional execution.

The Integrator will :

• Partner with the CEO and Head of Product to translate vision and product strategy into operational plans.
• Build the infrastructure (processes, systems, dashboards) to enable rapid growth.
• Align leadership and functional heads on priorities, KPIs, and accountability.
• Drive execution of quarterly / annual goals and ensure metrics-driven decision making.
• Identify and solve cross-departmental friction points before they escalate.
• Scale and professionalize operational practices without stifling innovation.
• Serve as a thought partner, providing a pragmatic counterbalance to visionary leadership.
