You’ll be the one who helps parents see the difference. Not with brochures or vague philosophies, but with clear results, personal touch, and fast, responsive admissions work that turns interest into enrollment. This isn’t a job for someone who just wants to make families feel good. It’s for someone who knows how to sell a better product — and spot families who are the right fit to use it well.

You’ll own admissions for a single campus — either Scottsdale or San Francisco — with control of your pipeline, tours, events, and data. There’s no team to manage and no handoffs to cover your blind spots. Just you, owning the experience end to end.

What You Will Be Doing

• Responding to inquiries from prospective families within 4 hours — always personal, never generic.
• Hosting school tours and events that make our model tangible : how we teach 2x faster, why it works, and who it’s for.
• Managing the admissions pipeline : applications, shadow days, decision calls, and onboarding.
• Keeping HubSpot and SIS data accurate, timely, and analysis‑ready for weekly reporting.
• Updating FAQs, SOPs, and admissions collateral based on real‑time learnings — and testing new ideas to improve conversion.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD / hour, which equates to $200,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
