Position: Nurse Practitioner

Location: National Hansen's Disease Program (NHDP) Clinic, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Job Description;

To provide licensed advanced practice provider (APP) services to work on an interdisciplinary team providing services for HD patients and their families seen at the NHDP Clinic, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, as well as telehealth consultation to patients across the United States and its territories.

Rate: $70/ hour

Hours:

Standard services shall be required up to no more than twenty-four (40) hours each week, and no more than seven (8) hours a day, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM CST.
