Job description

We are seeking an experienced Data and Analytics Manager to lead an analytics team in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in process implementations and strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate complex data findings to stakeholders at all levels. Duties

Oversee a small analytics team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data insights and reports.
Leverage SQL and BI tools to develop and enhance reports
Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Look at current processes, find gaps, and implement new processes to increase efficiency

Skills

Python experience a Plus

Competence in database design and management using Microsoft SQL

Excellent analytical skills with a focus on business analysis

Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders

ERP experience a plus
