Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in technology consulting or innovation-focused roles

Some programming experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar)

Comfortable experimenting with new platforms and tools

Ability to learn quickly and work in ambiguous environments

Prior consulting or client-facing experience is preferred
