Summary
We are seeking a Training Content Developer to design and deliver engaging, self-guided learning materials for a cutting-edge no-code, cloud-based platform. This role focuses on translating complex software functionality into accessible, interactive training content that enables business partners, customers, and internal teams to be successful. The ideal candidate blends technical understanding with instructional design expertise to create impactful eLearning courses, videos, and reference tools.
Responsibilities
Gain and maintain deep knowledge of platform functionality, configuration, and integration points.
Design and produce high-quality training resources, including eLearning modules, feature deep dives, video tutorials, and quick reference guides.
Partner with product and development teams to align training content with software releases and enhancements.
Manage content within an LMS, including course organization, learning paths, user permissions, and reporting.
Conduct post-training evaluations and refine content to improve learner outcomes.
Collaborate with users to align training programs with organizational goals and requirements.
Provide feedback on usability, performance, and features to product teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Adult Education, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience creating eLearning and video-based training for adult learners.
Proficiency with training tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Rise, or Articulate Storyline.
Knowledge of instructional design concepts, adult learning methodologies, and blended learning solutions.
Hands-on exposure to software development concepts or training for developer-focused audiences.
Familiarity with SaaS, PaaS, and enterprise software applications (ERP knowledge a plus).
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in an Agile / Scrum environment.
Creative, curious, and adaptable to new technologies.
