District Operations Manager

The primary responsibility is to plan, organize, and control district operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to : growing the business to achieve goals and profits while upholding Arby's core values. This is achieved by visiting each restaurant regularly to maintain operation standards. Recruit and hire management staff, maintain bench for future growth. Ensure training programs are executed properly and drive sales goals.
