An outstanding opportunity for a recognized expert in drug development and bioanalytical mass spectrometry. Our client, an innovative and fast-growing CRO, is seeking a senior technical leader to partner directly with customers and guide complex bioanalytical programs through all stages of drug development.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner directly with customers to define project scope, timelines, and regulatory strategy
• Provide high-level scientific and technical guidance on complex or novel projects
• Mentor and develop junior scientific and management staff, fostering technical and leadership growth across the team
