JOB OPENING

POSITION : Custodian

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

(include but not limited to the following) :

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of custodial practices.
• Skill in operating cleaning and other equipment, and their procedures
• Familiarity with and ability to utilize hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with the proper use of chemicals.
• Ability to work on ladders or elevated platforms not to exceed 10' in height.
• Ability to engage others with understanding and empathy.
• Must be flexible with a positive attitude.
• Routinely able to lift 50 lbs.

DUTIES (include but not limited to the following) :

DEPARTMENT : Maintenance

WORK DAYS / HOURS : Monday - Friday 3 : 00 p.m. - 11 : 00 p.m.

SALARY : As Per Schedule

In addition to the requirements listed above, the following qualifications shall be considered in evaluating an applicant for possible employment for this position : an applicant's varied work-experience; one's training and / or education; and, one's adaptability to work with children and / or adults with developmental disabilities. Maintain valid driver's license in state of residence and maintain a clean driving abstract.
