Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Proactively connect with potential leads and clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Policy Advisory : Consult clients about policy details, coverage benefits, and any potential adjustments to existing plans.
Lead Management : Efficiently handle and prioritize a pipeline of leads through email, phone, and other digital channels.
Relationship Building : Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by serving as their trusted advisor, ensuring they have an outstanding experience and remain loyal to Trusthouse Insurance.
Sales Documentation : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system.
Continuous Improvement : Keep updated with the latest industry trends and products to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing : Must hold an active insurance sales license applicable in Tennessee or your domicile State where our Agency is Licensed.
Experience : A minimum of 2 years in an insurance sales role is desired, ideally with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with clients and presenting insurance products effectively.
Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting, demonstrating initiative and a results-oriented approach.
Technology Proficiency : Proficient in using digital sales tools and CRM software to manage client relationships and sales activities.
Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
Availability : Ability to coordinate flexible hours to cater to clients in different time zones, ensuring the best possible service and response times.
