What you’ll do

Gain hands-on

experience in the design and execution phases of large capital projects.

Participate in

the specification, procurement, and installation of equipment as part of the

project execution team.

Communicate with

suppliers to quote and purchase new equipment aligned with project needs.

Join detailed

risk assessments and design meetings to support project planning and safety.

Oversee

day-to-day construction activities at the plant site.

Collaborate with

cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

What makes you a good fit

An undergraduate

student graduating in 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical

Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Ability to read

and modify Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)

Experience

conducting risk assessments through coursework or previous internships

Familiarity with

instrumentation and controls is a plus

This internship

is eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.

Henkel’s Summer

2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through

mid-August.

Recruitment for

our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March

2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $22-$27 / hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
