Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Welder / Fitter at our Broussard, LA location. The Welder / Fitter will be responsible for performing various welding tasks including arc welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding. Day-to-day duties involve fitting and welding materials to build and repair oilfield equipment, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. The role requires collaboration with other team members and adherence to project specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding
• Experience with various welding materials
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certification in welding is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• five years experience fitting
