LPN - Enfermera Practica Licenciada

Incluyeresponsabilidades :

LPN (Enfermera Pracitca Licendiada) Supervisar, planificar e implementar la atencin de enfermera de los residentes dentro de las instalaciones bajo la direccin de una enfermeraregistrada.
Asegura la continuidad de la atencin de los residentes entre turnos al brindaratencindirecta, adems de supervisar la atencinbrindada por las CNA y los miembros del personal de apoyo.
Participaen la enseanzaresidente y familiar.
Sirvecomodefensor de residentes con enfoqueen la misin de la instalacin

Calificaciones / Requisitos :

Licencia / registrovigente / vlido de Florida LPN (Enfermera Pracitca Licendiada

Se prefiereexperiencia previa encuidados a largo plazo.

Debe estarenbuenasaludfsica y mental.

Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente o parte de un grupo.

Comunicarseefectivamente con los dems.
