As a Sr. IT Operations Manager, you'll lead a high performing, mission-critical team for a 24 / 7 / 365 customer. The Senior IT Operations Manager will be responsible for leading IT service delivery, Network Operations, Server Operations support, systems maintenance.

What You'll Do :

• Work with technical teams to provide day-to-day operations, modernization, and enhancements to the enterprise operations
• Develop, cultivate, and manage customer relationships.
• Plan and recommend improvements, modernization, or additional equipment to increase the capacity of service delivery
• Prepare executive-level reports that ensure optimal performance and maintain records of service level agreements for customers

What You'll Need To Succeed :

SALARY RANGE : $147,000 - $221,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including :
