The VA Northern California Health Care System is actively recruiting a full-time Rheumatologist to join our esteemed team at the Martinez VA Outpatient Clinic. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive care to Veterans, managing a diverse range of rheumatologic conditions such as arthritis, lupus, gout, and scleroderma. Utilizing advanced modalities including VA Video Connect, telephone consultations, and E-consults, you'll deliver patient-centered care both in the clinic and remotely. Responsibilities encompass inpatient and outpatient consults, performing specialized procedures, and overseeing the management of biologics and IV bisphosphonates. With a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM and no on-call or weekend duties, this position promotes a balanced lifestyle.
