Job Position : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) School-Based

Location : Romeoville, IL

Pay Rate : Starting at $45.00 / hr

Shift : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am -3 : 40pm

Description :

Birch Agency is currently hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work within school settings near Romeoville, Illinois for the 20252026 school year.

This is a district-wide position supporting students and staff across multiple schools. The BCBA will provide behavior consultation, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with school teams to support student success.

Position Details :

Schedule : Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Setting : School-based, district-wide

Location : Near Romeoville, Illinois

Pay Rate : Starting at $45 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications :

Active BCBA certification required

Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred

Strong collaboration and communication skills
