American Landmark Apartments is now seeking a detail oriented and creative Social Media Specialist located in Tampa, FL!
As Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's social media profiles and executing the marketing strategy. You will also be expected to develop and maintain blogs, video feeds, trending social networking sites, company and property websites and resource centers. As Social Media Specialist, you must be well versed with comprehensive analytics, data presentations, and resource management reports.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Develop and maintain content and communications for marketing campaigns, activities and events.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Post marketing updates through internal communication channels
- Plan and implement social media and social proof campaigns for specific marketing goals.
- Research relevant sources for content, such as industry specific publications and media.
- Keep up to date with best practices in writing for the web and social media.
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
- Have knowledge and use to implement software reputation and leasing iPads / Mac programs on-site communities
- Acquire certifications as needed and attend seminars / classes as they enhance the position.
- Other projects and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management.
Experience : (Type of work experience, min. number of years) :
Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo / video / text), presentation and communication skills.Technical or Administrative Knowledge :
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channelsSpecial Skills and / or Abilities :
Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong decision-making skills are a must. Bi-lingual is helpful.Compensation :
