Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech Language Pathologist is needed on a part-time contract basis (40% - 45%) within an elementary school district located in Rancho Cordova, CA. This role involves providing speech-language services to an existing caseload of 18 students, with the potential for caseload growth during the contract school year (CSY).

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders in an elementary school setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to the students' specific needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Monitor and document students' progress, maintaining compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Participate in student meetings and provide recommendations to support communication development.
